Megan worked with myself and another senior project manager at Kaiser Permanente. She trained us on how to navigate the SmartSheets program (she is a certified product user) for our project. We met with her weekly as we designed and developed sheets, reports and dashboards. She is very knowledgeable and patient in her delivery of the information. We wouldn't have been successful in delivering an excellent product to our senior leaders without her assistant. I would to reach out to her for my personal project manager development needs in the future.
Megan is one of the up and coming leaders for the PMI Atlanta Chapter. I have known her for a little over three years, in a volunteering capacity. Megan has taken on several volunteer roles within the chapter, including the Agile Forum, the PM Day of Service, and being the End-to-End leader for the PMI Social Justice Series. Megan has intrinsic motivation to get things done and make a difference in the community. I would recommend her for any team that is looking for a dynamic leader.
I commend Megan on her efforts and ability to rally the team together to drive projects on behalf of the brand. It is important to note that Megan had the opportunity to train and manage a new team member on her team. Not only did she train and coach this member of the team, but she also empowered her to drive projects to the finish line. I was very impressed with Megan’s managerial courage. I would trust her to manage and lead any project. She is truly an asset to our business. Her project management knowledge was evident and Megan will do whatever it takes to find a solution to any problem.
