FULFILLMENT POLICY

Thank you for choosing Get Level Consulting. We specialize in project management consulting, packaging development, fractional services, and digital products tailored to health, beauty, and wellness brands. This policy outlines how services are fulfilled after purchase.

1. Service Delivery All services are delivered:

  • Virtually: Zoom, email, client portal
  • In-Person: For approved workshops or live training sessions
  • We do not ship physical products. All digital products are delivered electronically.

2. Fulfillment Timelines

  • Fractional Services, Trainings, Workshops: Once payment is received, we recommend clients schedule a kickoff call within 10 days and complete any required pre-work. The timeline for service delivery is based on your proposal and service agreement.
  • Consultations & Strategy Sessions: Initiation is based on agreed start date. Review your proposal or contract for details.
  • Digital Products: Instant delivery via email after successful payment.

3. Onboarding Process
Our onboarding process includes, but not limited to::

  • Initial discovery call
  • Issuance of scope of work, contract, and invoice
  • After payment, you’ll receive a welcome email with scheduling links for kickoff and onboarding steps

4. Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the nature of tailored services and resource planning, No refunds issued for consultations, workshops, trainings, fractional services or digital products. 
Fractional Services (3+ months) may be canceled by either party with 30 days’ written notice. Any satisfied investments is ineligible for refundsm exchanges or transfer. For camcellation of service, email: [email protected]
